This privacy policy explains what information is processed when you access the website and which rights you have vis-à-vis Michael Volz, the website operator. All explanations presented here and the information about your rights are based on the European General Data Protection Regulation applicable since 25 May 2018.

When creating this website, great care was taken to ensure that as little personal data as possible is collected, processed or used. Personal data is information that either specifically identifies you (e.g. your name if you send it to me by e-mail) or can in any case be indirectly traced back to you (traces left by your browser when you access this website).

Data processed when accessing this website

Despite all efforts, for technical reasons there is always certain information that accumulates during communication with the server on which this website is technically operated. The server of this website is operated by myself and housed by Individual Network Berlin e.V. in Berlin, Germany.

If you contact us by email, your email including sender address and content will be processed and stored by us in order to handle the communication with you. This information will be stored for as long as is necessary to deal with the content of your request.

The storage and use of the data contained in the e-mails as well as your contact details will be carried out to the extent necessary due to my legitimate interest in handling communication with you, insofar as your interests do not conflict with this (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR).

5 Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority

The right of appeal is without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.

6 Misuse of the information provided here

The use of contact data published within this privacy notice by third parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby expressly prohibited. I expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example through spam mails.
